MPs throw down Aspire gauntlet to HMRC - and the Cabinet Office

A House of Commons Public Accounts Committee (PAC) report into managing and replacing HM Revenue & Customs' (HMRC) Aspire contract has called on the department and the Cabinet Office to work together to agree key milestones and warning flags to the end of the contract in 2017.

It follows a series of recent hearings held by the committee with a view towards what happens at the end of the contract and HMRC's preparations for that date.
